The resort falls short on several fronts, starting with the inadequate gym that lacks basic equipment like dumbbells and weights. The pools are quite small, and the adult buffet doesn't provide much variety, with the same Moroccan dishes served daily. On top of that, only one bathroom for a family of five can be quite a hassle. Meanwhile, the air conditioning was a persistent issue, with inconsistent cooling and an unpleasant smell. Lastly, the absence of basic kitchen amenities like a kettle or microwave in the kitchenette is a real oversight for self-catering needs.

The spacious apartment was perfect for our family, featuring two toilets and two showers, which eased our morning routine. Breakfast was exceptional, with high-quality options, and the staff went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. The kids loved the diverse activities led by the animation team. the free shuttle service was often fully booked, and we frequently had to rely on taxis to get into town. the chilly evenings made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor pools, which we eagerly anticipated using during warmer weather.
